It is a good idea to call us at least 2 weeks in advance to schedule your session. Although we have flexible hours, we work on a first reserved, first served basis. A reservation fee equal to 50% of your session total is required in advance of every session. If you have to cancel your appointment, some or all of this fee will be forfeited.

Starting with the best sound right from the beginning will enhance the quality of your final recording. If you plan to bring your track in pre-made, it is best to bring it in on a CD, however we will accept tracks on cassette tape. Be sure to use Chrome or High Bias tape.

Memorized parts, working out who goes where, and rehearsing with a metronome can become a great advantage to your recording. Finding out what sounds best at home can save studio time and money.

In most cases, it is recommended that your songs be mixed down on a different day than your recording session. The fatigue that is often a part of recording sessions can make one's perception dull. Coming back later for the mix allows time to listen to the final recording and create ideas for the mixdown.
